On 25 August 2023, PAGASA President Steven T. Cua was featured as a guest on the weekly program "The Exchange" with veteran broadcast host Rico Hizon. Topic was the upcoming Christmas festivities spiked with economic uncertainty and uncontrolled inflation.

PAGASA Pres. Steven T. Cua guested in the morning of 17 August 2023 at DWIZ's Broadcasters' Forum Online regarding price of rice & BNPCs given the recent increase in daily wage/salaries. Hosted by (top, clockwise) Rolly "Lakay" Gonzalo & participated by Mr. JUROR KitKilatis Lagare, (guest) Lucito "Chito" Chavez/Pres.- Asosasyon ng Panaderong Pilipino (APP) & Jake Ortiz. Lively discussion ensued criticizing the lack of performance of the current administration.

 Because DTI mentioned on 8 August 2023 that manufacturers of some 43 products are requesting permission to increase the prices of said goods, media saw it has the go-ahead to scrounge for news of speculative price increases just a day later. From Ted Failon's program early morning to DWIZ, ABS CBN & Teleradyo Serbisyo's program called Pasada with Peter Musngi & Rica Lazo, media went searching for a lead regarding price increases by interviewing PAGASA Pres. Steven T. Cua. The recent passing into law of the increase of the minimum daily wage by P40/day effective 16 July 2023 initiated a tsunami of speculation about potential price increases for basic necessities and prime commodities.

On the rainy eve of 2 August 2023, PAGASA was truly lucky to have loyal members who braved the rains & high water to arrive at Japan Fudo Street 4/F at Ayala by the Bay. Discussed was state of the economy a year into the new administration and after COVID-19's gradual wearing off.

Evening was made more fun with the attendance of former PAGASA stalwart Robert Ang (standing at left photo) and former PAGASA VP Karl Tan with wife Sharlene (lower right).

PAGASA's STC also represented the PRA at the Post SONA Discussions a day after the President's State Of the Nation Address (SONA) held at Hilton Hotel Manila at Newport City on 25 July 2023.  Sessions were held by the Secretaries or Usecs of the different Departments on general issues that the nation needs tending to. TV host Daphne Joseña-Paez moderated for the Session attended by PAGASA.

In the morning of 25 July 2023, PAGASA attended via Zoom the DTI webinar on updates re. Discounts for PWDs. Resource Speaker was Mojie de la Cruz of the National Council for Disability Affairs.

In the morning of 22 July 2023, PAGASA's STC guested on the "reincarnated" Teleradyo Serbisyo program of Alvin Elchico called "Wais Konsyumer." Mr. Elchico asked for PAGASA's assessment of the over-all performance of BBM's Administration amidst continuous worries over inflation, new taxes, the Maharlika Fund and business/consumer confidence.

On 13 July, FRLD held its 2nd Meeting for 2023 for Co-Organizers (made up of supportive Assns like PAGASA) at Victorino's Restaurant. FRLD is the organizer of Agrilink, Foodlink, Aqualink> the biggest Agri-Business Tradeshow in the land. Chairman for this year is Region 1 Agri-Sector. Show is at the World Trade Center early this October. PAGASA served as Chairman of this Tradeshow back in 2007. Standing in black jacket is FRLD Pres. STC was introduced on the afternoon of 4 July 2023 by QC Cityhall's Co-Chairman for Food Security Task Force (via Zoom) to Patricia Nuon of the Scholars of Sustenance (SOS Phils.). SOS is an international food rescue NGO which is QC's partner for the objective of gathering excess food for distribution to the hungry sectors of society.
