3rd Board Meeting ’09 was held at the residence of Dir. Karl Tan who converted his abode into a cozy dining place. To transform his culinary expertise into a fine dining experience, Karl (center) donned his chef’s attire and invited two of his chef-associates to prepare the evening’s meal for the PAGASA Board (L-R) Roy Chua, Jay Sia, STC, Karl, Bobby Ang, Johnny Lim and Liansel Sy. Missing the night’s elegance was William Villanueva and Fred Gravador.
