After him, Keynote Address was delivered by Atty. Vincent Philip Maronilla, Assistant Commissioner of the Post-Audit Clearance Group under the Bureau of Customs. Prof. Ron gave a very comprehensive report on his outlook. Also unveiled and inducted at this Event were the members of the Supply Chain Advisory Council made up of past presidents of the SCMAP.
