The quest to transfer & construct a new Office commences in the morning of 27 February 2025 with a visit from PAGASA Treasurer Myke Teodoro (an avid fan of interior designing) to the current Office and later to the building of PAGASA Members William & Gloria Villanueva just some two blocks away. This couple has generously donated floor space on the 3/F of their building for PAGASA to construct an office.

Edifice is located at the corner of Eulogio Rodriguez Sr. Ave. & Cordillera St., Bgy. Don Manuel (same barangay as the current office), Quezon City. Lower left photo shows vehicles approaching the Bldg. from Welcome Rotonda and the right one shows vehicles leaving the site towards Banawe St. G/F currently houses a Robinsons Easymart. The 3/F is the former warehouse of the defunct Purity Supermarket (est. 1949 and active PAGASA Member) ran by the Villanueva Family.
