In the morning of 7 April 2022, PAGASA  attended DTI-CPAB's webinar on the Amended Retail Liberalization Act of 2022 (which lowered the minimum capitalization of foreign retailers planning to set up shop in the Phils.). PAGASA Pres. STC asked: "Who will monitor the activities of foreign retailers if they use different names in going online, door-to-door & other retailing activities outside of their physical stores? These will hurt the MSMEs who are already challenged." STC didn't get a satisfactory reply from the speakers. Above is Sherwin Acob from the Senate who gave a presentation on the said Act.

PAGASA's STC met on 7 April 2022 with Mr. Lao Nguon Eng/Commercial Attache from the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in the Phils. It was his 2nd visit to the PAGASA Ofc. His first one was almost exactly a year ago. He is seriously exploring export of Cambodian rice to the Philippines since it buys from Vietnam/Thailand and Cambodia exports rice to these two.

On 30 March 2022, PAGASA Director Arjie Lim of Andrew's Grocery/Palawan found himself in Manila and decided to visit Welcome Supermart operated by PAGASA Pres. Steve Cua.

On 28 March 2022, PAGASA attended online the 2nd Zoom Meet of organizers for the Conference Committee of the 2022 National Retail Conference. Fifteen participants included former Phil. Retailers Assn. & APRC (Asia-Pacific Retailers Council) Pres. Lorenzo Formoso.

Culminating Activity ending the 5-Day Conference of ICSB for Women's Month on 27 March 2022 at Resorts World Manila.

ICSB Affair ended with dinner at the Holiday Inn Hotel within Newport City on 27 March 2022. Seated together were Asian Institute of Management Dean Dr. Jikyeong Kang, AIM Prof. Maya Herrera and PAGASA Pres. Steven T. Cua.
