PAGASA attended on 10 June 2022 an FGD (Focused Group Discussion) hosted by the Philippine Competition Commission at Novotel, Araneta City to thresh out unfair competition/practices in the FMCG  Industry. Together with STC were the Legal/Corp. Affairs VPs of Nestle, Unilever, P&G, URC and Comfoods. Mondelez was represented by its Country Manager. These entities take anti-trust (also called anti-competition) laws seriously because they work to the detriment of consumers. STC spoke up against SRPs of suppliers especially that by the DTI.
