The 1Q ‘11 Board Meeting of PAGASA was held close to Valentine’s Day at Robinson’s Otis in Paco, Manila. After the Meeting Proper, a demonstration was held by Eric Ngo of NuTech to present his latest innovation where his gadget can light up and prolong the life of even busted fluorescent lamps thereby saving the retailers pesos in lighting maintenance, power bill and help protect the environment by containing toxic mercury inside these lamps for a longer period of time.
