 PAGASA Pres. Steve Cua is invited by the Phil. Retailer Association during the 2008 Retailer of the Year Awards Night to present the finalists for the Food Retailer of the Year. Vying for the Award are Goldilocks Bakeshop, Monterey Meatshop & Red Ribbon Bakeshop. It was a tie between the last two. With him is PRA Cebu Chapter President Melanie C. Ng of Ng Khai Development Corp.
