DTI Hearing on Discounts for Disabled |

PAGASA Pres. Steven Cua (in jacket) joins representatives of

the proposed Discounts for Disabled Persons as an amendment
to the law>Magna Carta for Disabled Persons, and for other
Purposes>granting additional privileges and incentives.
