  NPCC MEETING. To address the calamity and lack of supplies in the countryside affected by Typhoons Pedring and Quiel, the National Price Coordinating Council monitors prices in the flooded areas. Attending this particular meeting (L-R) are STC, Dir. Dimagiba, Oil & Price Watch Chairman Raul Concepcion, DTI Usec. Zenaida Maglaya, DTI Sec. Gregory Domingo, NEDA Dep. Dir. Gen. Margarita R.
