On 12 Oct. 2016, PAGASA Office was honored to receive as visitor former DTI Senior Undersecretary and BOI Supervising Governor Thomas G. Aquino (GMA Admin.) with the intention of helping his Spanish friends look for an importer/country distributor for Cuetara 1951, S.L.U. line of biscuits from Barcelona.  It was the first time PAGASA President Steven T. Cua had the honor of being introduced to this fine gentleman who negotiated the major deals like the U.S. Free Trade Agreement in behalf of the country. He is now Chairman of NOW Corp.>a telecommunications, media and technology company and was a long-time VP and Program Director of the Univ. of Asia & the Pacific. He took up his MBA and Ph.D. in Business Administration at the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain.
