 PAGASA attended the BIR Briefing organized by the PRA on Revenue Memo Circular No. 19-2009 regarding Procedures on Issuance/Cancellation of “Permit to Use” CRM, POS, SPM and Similar Sales Machines which take effect on 1 July 2009.
