 PAGASA Pres. STC (background, rightmost) attends the 2nd Technical Working Committee meeting of the Committee on Ecology at the Mitra Bldg. in Congress on the proposed Bill No. 1966 on Recycling of Plastic Bags used in All Establishments in the Country. Beside him are the environmental activists and local government proponents while across him are the manufacturers/recyclers of plastic products.
